Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Experience in CDL driving for the previous year required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive to job sites and assist in loading/unloading materials.
• Lead and supervise others on the job site.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail in vehicle control

Ability to operate cranes and forklifts

Education

Driver

Competitive Sign-On Bonus available and home every night.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the most efficient route to the job site, observing traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in loading and securing materials on trucks daily; unload materials using crane, conveyor, piggybacks, or by hand.
• Lead, instruct, and supervise others on the job site, representing the company positively.

Requirements

• Valid state CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with clear MVR and DOT record.
• 21 years old or older.
• Current and valid Medical Certification Card.
• Held CDL driving position the previous year with consecutive driving experience.
• High degree of attention and considerable dexterity in vehicle control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in adverse weather.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb.
• Ability to climb on a rooftop and ensure proper stacking (location based).
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 100 pounds for extended periods.
• Ability to climb a 40’ ladder (location based).
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a company‑required drug screening; all employees are subject to random drug testing per company policy.

Preferred

• Previous material handling experience.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Certified to operate a crane.

Other Details

Pay based on experience.
