Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking a Class A Experienced Security Account Manager in Boston, MA. The role focuses on leading account operations, staffing, and maintaining client satisfaction for a premiere account.

The candidate must be available for on-call coverage, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on discipline, coaching, and compliance with security procedures and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field.
• Must be available to be on call 24/7; work may include evenings, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Background and drug screening required; must pass ALL pre-employment criteria.
• 18+ years of age; valid driver’s license preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Design and ensure schedules for regular and special assignments are efficient and effective.
• Staff posts with trained and qualified security personnel.
• Ensure staff comply with facility security procedures and location policies.
• Review and approve reports and duty logs submitted by personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of serious incidents and maintain communications with the team.
• Counsel, motivate, and provide discipline when needed; support employee relations and retention.
• Keep personnel updated on changes to procedures and regulations.
• Cover various posts during assigned shifts, including on-call coverage.

Northeast security is seeking a senior Account Manager for one of our premiere Accounts in the area of Boston, MA

**Salary range is based on experience**

Class A Account Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the service in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
• Ensure that trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts.
• Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations.
• Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.
• Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
• Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
• Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field.

Concierge Security Director Requirements:

• Must have three years of Security Account Manager experience.
• Valid Driver's License of 3 years or more with a clean Driving Record.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Previous security supervisor experience, or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance
• Dependable means of transportation
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually.
