Job summary

Team Fishel is hiring Class A Apprentice Electric Lineworkers for our Louisville, KY operation.

These roles require safe performance in construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high voltage systems, with emphasis on underground installations and heavy equipment operation in a de-energized environment.

Qualifications

• Possessing a Class A Commercial Driver License strongly desired.
• Previous experience or education in electric linework preferred.
• Ability to cut and clear brush at ground level.
• Provide ground support for lineman operating in aerial bucket, on pole, trenches, or underground facility environment.
• Operate heavy machinery for digging, setting, and tamping poles, pulling overhead and underground conductors, digging and back‑filling trenches or other excavations and hurt man rescue by operating platform controls of aerial bucket.
• Assemble & disassemble hardware for underground installations in a de‑energized environment with instruction from Journeyman Lineworker.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bilingual and prior construction experience is a plus.

Description

Team Fishel , the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring Class A Apprentice Electric Lineworkers for our Louisville, KY operation. Class A Lineworkers will be able to competently and confidently perform in a highly skilled and safe manner all the duties associated with the construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high voltage electrical power systems.

Starting pay depends on demonstrated experience and training.
