Clean Harbors in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join our safety-focused team. This route runs from Baton Rouge, LA to TX/UT, covering about 2800–3000 miles each week.

We offer strong earnings with $95–$120K annually and weekly pay of $2000–$2200, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits start after 30 days, with 401K, PTO, training, and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software.

Responsabilidades

• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles.
• Ensures loads are properly secured and within weight limits.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, and trip reports.
• Complies with DOT requirements and safety policies.
• Adheres to loading/unloading procedures for hazardous waste.
• Placards vehicle according to regulations.

Clean Harbors is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Baton Rouge, LA! This route runs from Baton Rouge, LA to TX/UT and averages 2800-3000 miles per week.

About the role:

• Drivers average $95-$120K per year
• Average weekly pay $2000-$2200
• $7,500 sign-on-bonus available
• Bi-Weekly home time
• Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) and mileage pay

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
