Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years.
• Experience operating a Class A tractor-trailer is preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and dispatch software.
• Excellent communication and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on a dedicated Minnesota lane.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely transport freight and maintain on-time service.
• Communicate with dispatch and Safety & Compliance teams.
• Complete electronic logs and required documentation.
• Maintain DOT and company safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating a Class A tractor-trailer on a dedicated Minnesota lane
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL (Manual Transmission Required)

Requirements

• Pass DOT physical and maintain a valid medical card
• Pass pre-employment and random DOT drug testing
• Consent to and pass MVR and FMCSA Clearinghouse reviews and background check
• Ability to meet all DOT and company requirements
• Flexibility to support operational needs when required
