Job summary

Jusczak Trucking, a family-owned and safety-focused carrier based in Forest Lake, MN, is hiring Class A drivers for local routes with daily home time from Rochester, MN. Expect a Monday–Friday day shift, competitive bi-weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with match, PTO and paid holidays.

The role supports local and occasional OTR work, with well-maintained equipment and a supportive dispatch team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL from your state of residence with a Class A endorsement.
• At least three years of verifiable driving experience.
• Strong safety record and commitment to professional driving standards.
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 3 years.
• No chargeable DOT-reportable accidents within the past 3 years.
• Must be able to pass MVR, Clearing house, background check and drug test.
• Must have current DOT health card.
• Experience with hauling flatbed, step deck, RGN, van, Conestoga, or over-dimensional freight is a plus.
• Ability to lift, load, and secure freight up to 100lbs; sit or stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on local delivery and pickup routes and OTR.
• Transport freight efficiently while meeting customer and delivery expectations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and abide by dispatch information.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and dependability.
