Job summary

Jusczak Trucking is seeking dependable Class A CDL drivers for local Rochester routes with daily home time and occasional OTR. Based near Forest Lake, MN, the family-owned company emphasizes safety, reliable equipment, and a strong team environment.

Ideal candidates will have a solid driving record, be able to pass DOT checks, and commit to a Monday–Friday day shift. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• At least three years of verifiable driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 3 years.
• Must pass MVR, Clearing house, background check and drug test.
• Must have current DOT health card.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A vehicle on local delivery routes and some OTR.
• Transport freight efficiently while meeting customer and delivery expectations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and abide by dispatch information.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with punctuality and dependability.

• Valid Class A CDL from your state of residence - Must hold a valid Manual Transmission Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Class A endorsement.
• At least three years of verifiable driving experience
• Strong safety record and commitment to professional driving standards
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 3 years
• No chargeable DOT-reportable accidents within the past 3 years
• Must be able to pass MVR, Clearing house, background check and drug test
• Must have current DOT health card
• Experience with hauling flatbed, step deck, RGN, van, Conestoga, or over-dimensional freight is a plus.
• Ability to lift, load, and secure freight, as well as perform other physically demanding tasks as needed up to 100lbs. Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
