Job summary

Maine Oxy-Acetylene Supply Company is seeking a regional helium delivery driver in the Wilkes-Barre area. You will operate a dedicated route, deliver cylinders to established customers, stay in hotels, and return home on weekends for a predictable schedule.

Required are a Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, one year of driving experience or recent driving school training, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement required.
• 1 year of driving experience or driving school training within the past 4 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, read highway signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver helium cylinders to scheduled, repeat customers.
• Load and unload cylinders and return empties to the fill plant.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and complete delivery paperwork.
• Maintain DOT compliance and regulatory records.
• Build relationships with regular customers and help manage inventory needs.
