Job summary

Maine Oxy-Acetylene Supply Company seeks a driver with a Class A CDL to deliver helium cylinders regionally. You will load, deliver to repeat customers, and maintain DOT compliance, with a predictable weekly route and weekends home.

The position offers a $3,000+ sign-on bonus, overtime, 3 weeks PTO, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, plus company-paid disability and life coverage.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement is required.
• 1 year of driving experience or driving school training within the past 4 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver helium cylinders to scheduled customers.
• Load and unload cylinders and return empties to the fill plant.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain DOT compliance.
• Build relationships with regular customers and manage inventory needs.
