Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking a Class A licensed driver to join our Ohio-based team. The role covers local and long-distance deliveries with a 5:30am start on weekdays.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logs, and safe cargo handling while delivering excellent customer service. A clean driving record and DOT/ELD compliance are required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• A clean driving record per fleet safety standards.
• Ability to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance.

• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, reporting any issues to management immediately.

A Day in the Life

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
