Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Houston, TX seeks a Driver III to deliver perishable products and serve as the main customer contact, upholding the highest levels of service and safety. Applicants must reside within the Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo, Michigan area.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2–3 years of commercial driving experience; temperature-controlled product experience preferred.
Must have a valid Class A License.
Basic English-speaking proficiency.
Applicants must reside within the Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo, Michigan area.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-trip responsibilities, verify route and account numbers.
Drive and deliver customer orders according to the route; secure vehicle during drops.
Load and unload products using dolly or other devices; verify delivery with customer signatures.
Record transactions and manage cash or checks; report issues to management.
Follow DOT and HACCP regulations; maintain temperature-controlled vehicle safety.
Support fleet maintenance and keep accurate records.
Other duties as assigned.
