Job summary

C3 Trucking is hiring for a dedicated account out of Bluffton, IN, requiring you to live within 50 miles. You will run home daily, delivering pre-loaded dry vans to stores across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky from the Bluffton DC.

Expect 3–4 stops per load with live unloads and some tote handling. Compensation includes CPM plus detention and layover pay, with average weekly miles around 1,750 and drivers averaging about $1,900 per week.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of Class A driving with a 53-foot trailer in the last 3 years.
• Clean MVR and clean background.
• No SAP drivers.”

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-loaded dry van trailers from the distribution center to stores.
• Operate home-daily routes from Bluffton, IN to stores across MI, IN, OH and KY.
• Assist with unloading totes from pallets on some loads.
• Handle live unloads with 3–4 stops per load.
• Maintain safety and comply with drug testing requirements.
