Clover Farms Dairy seeks a TT Driver (Tractor Trailer) to transport loads between Jersey City, NJ and Reading, PA. CDL Class A and DOT compliance are required, with a clean driving record and flexible schedules.

The role offers union eligibility after a 90-day probation, health benefits, and pension options. Starting pay is $27.68 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours and daily route variability.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• DOT medical card required.
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (HOS).
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with drop-and-hook operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A 45ft or 53ft tractor-trailer in accordance with policies and DOT regulations.
• Deliver products timely and accurately to customer locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Secure loads and ensure safe loading prior to departure.
• Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors to support daily operations.
• Complete logs, reports and paperwork before end of shift.
• Adapt to daily routes and schedule changes.
