Clover Farms Dairy is seeking a TT (Tractor Trailer) DRIVER based in Florence, NJ with routes to Reading, PA. CDL Class A and DOT medical card required; perform drop-and-hook moves and ensure timely delivery while complying with DOT regulations.

Union position; 90-day probation; starting pay around $27.68/hr plus overtime; benefits after joining union. Operate 45ft or 53ft tractors, inspect vehicles, secure loads, and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card required.
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service regulations.
• Clean driving record and safe driving practices.
• Experience with drop-and-hook operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to support operations.
• Prior tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer (45ft/53ft) to transport loads between company locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customer locations in compliance with DOT rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and secure loads safely.
• Maintain logs and reports; communicate with dispatchers and supervisors.
• Adjust routes as needed; support daily transportation operations.
