Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to join the Sales Team on designated routes, delivering and selling beverages while building strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes volume growth, daily deliveries, and adherence to company merchandising standards.

The driver must obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days, maintain DOT compliance, and uphold safety and professionalism in customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all accounts are merchandised/stocked according to company standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash and assets daily.
• Accurately and efficiently invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts.
• Ensure neat appearance of all equipment and products in accounts.
• Maintain back room and manage trade breakage in accounts.
