Job summary

Cash-Wa in Mitchell, SD is seeking CDL drivers for a Mon-Fri route with home every night. You'll start early (around 4–5am), load, and deliver to customers, reading delivery tickets and signing as required. Build relationships with repeat customers and ensure accurate handoffs.

On-the-job training is provided to help you obtain a Class A CDL, with paid pairing with an experienced driver. Expect rapid pay increases and bonuses, including a $1,500 driver bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus, plus

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current Class A CDL, or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Have a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Start work around 4am–5am in Mitchell, SD.
• Pick up packed trailer and follow the delivery route with attention to reading and scanning tickets.
• Deliver to customers, obtain required signatures, and develop relationships with repeat customers.
• May occasionally assist with routes in Sioux Falls as needed.

Then this job is for you! You don't have a CDL but could get it quickly with some assistance? Then we can help by doing paid on-the-job training where we pair you up with another driver and get you as much hands-on experience as possible so that you can gain the skills to get your CDL and take over your own route!

Work approximately 45 hours per week in 4 days (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri)

Generally will start between 4am-5am picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route given. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer require attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets. Work with the customer on where to place their products, get required signatures, and develop relationships with these repeat customers. May occasionally assist with routes in Sioux Falls as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs

Driver Requirements:

• 18 years old
• Current Class A CDL, or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Have a good driving record
