Cash-Wa is looking for a Mitchell-based Route Driver who will start early each workday and manage a Mon–Fri route delivering to local customers, returning home every night. The role includes paid CDL training, on-the-job training with a seasoned driver, and performance bonuses such as new-driver and referral bonuses.

You will handle loading, scanning, and delivering goods, read delivery tickets, and build customer relationships at each stop. Four 10-hour-ish days weekly are typical.

Formación

• Requires CDL license or ability to obtain one within a short period.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail for reading and scanning delivery tickets.
• Good communication with customers at delivery points.

Responsabilidades

• Start around 4am–5am in Mitchell, SD and follow the delivery route.
• Build and secure loads for customer deliveries; obtain required signatures.
• Develop relationships with repeat customers and assist with occasional routes in Sioux Falls.

Then we can help by doing paid on-the-job training where we pair you up with another driver and get you as much hands-on experience as possible so that you can gain the skills to get your CDL and take over your own route!***Work approximately 45 hours per week in 4 days (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri)***Generally will start between 4am-5am picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route given. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer require attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets.
