Blue Ridge Haulers is actively seeking qualified Class A CDL commercial drivers located in Frederick Maryland and nearby counties within our 50 mile hiring zone. Perfect for recent trucking school graduates or experienced drivers looking for a steady regional route, our Northeast operation offers excellent weekly pay, modern equipment, and guaranteed weekly home time.

Compensation and Benefits

Weekly Earnings: Average $1,600 to $1,800 weekly ($1,700 typical average)

Trainee Pay: $850 weekly during 4 to 6 weeks of dedicated training

Starting Mileage Pay: $0.80 per mile starting rate, with up to $0.85 per mile based on experience

Stop Pay: $15 per stop

Weekly Mileage: Average of 1,800 miles per week

Home Time: Reliable weekly home time to ensure a proper work life balance

Operating Area: Regional coverage across the Northeast region running from New England states down to Virginia

Freight Type: 100 percent touch dry van with full hand unload or unload assist

Driver Training Program: 4 to 6 weeks paired with a certified trainer for drivers with under 6 months of driving experience

Driver Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must be a graduate of an accredited commercial driving school with a minimum of 120 hours

Clean driving record for the past 5 years

No DUI or DWI convictions within the last 5 years

Must successfully pass both urine and hair drug screen tests
