Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking drivers for Southwest regional runs on dry van freight. Candidates should have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience and meet DOT requirements. All miles paid (loaded and empty) with no-touch freight, newer equipment, and home weekly for reset.

Benefits include detention and breakdown pay, a 401(k) match up to $2,000, paid vacation and holidays, and a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life).

• DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1200-1500


• paid on ALL miles (loaded & empty)


• Southwest regional routes


• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)


• 34–48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight


• 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload


• 100% no-touch freight


• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)


• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour


• Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
