Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking a driver for Southwest regional routes. Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience and full DOT safety/hiring compliance are required.

DUI/felony history is reviewed on a case-by-case basis; SAP drivers are welcome if step 6 is complete and prior carrier experience exists. The position offers average weekly pay of $1,250–$1,500 with all miles paid, 100% no-touch freight, home weekly (5–5.5 days out), and 34–48 hour resets.

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500

  -CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty

• Southwest regional routes

• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)

• 34–48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight

• 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload

• 100% no-touch freight

• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)

• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
