Job summary

J Rose Logistics in the Southwest region seeks drivers for regional routes. Average weekly pay ranges from $1,250 to $1,500, with CPM paid on all miles, loaded or empty. You’ll run dry van freight with 70% drop & hook, 100% no-touch freight, and assigned newer equipment.

Option to take a truck home during home time; home weekly for reset. Detention pay, up to $2,000 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance are

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
• DUI and felony history reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis
• Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements
• SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has experience with another carrier after completion

Qualifications

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500

  -CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty

• Southwest regional routes

• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)

• 34–48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight

• 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload

• 100% no‑touch freight

• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)

• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
