10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time truck drivers to haul dry van freight from the Youngstown, Ohio area. This W-2 position offers premium equipment and consistent weekend home time, with a focus on safety and reliable miles across the 48-state network.

Drivers will operate brand-new 2025–2026 Freightliner trucks, receive medical/dental/vision coverage, and participate in a company-matched 401(k). Guaranteed home time each weekend and a refresher pay program are included to support career

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least 1 year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience in the last two years.
• Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight across national 48-state lanes.
• Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook freight with no-touch loading/unloading.
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD hours-of-service records.
