Job summary

D-Trans is seeking Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers for a full-time position based at the Venice terminal. The team earns between $4,000 and $4,800 per week as a split between drivers, with typically 4,100–4,900+ miles weekly and flexible home time. No mandatory vaccines and comprehensive pay incentives are described.

Two drivers per team are required, with pay bonuses for extra stops and per-diem benefits. Newer equipment, direct deposits after round trips, and a tax-advantaged structure are

Qualifications

• Class A CDL for both drivers.
• Current DOT Physical for both drivers.
• No DOT record or preventable accidents in past 12 months.
• No major violations in past 36 months; up to 3 minor in last 3 years.
• No DUI in past 60 months.
• TWIC card or obtain within 30 days.
• No positive drug/alcohol tests.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience per driver.
• Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
• Must speak English.

Summary

• Rate is $1.00 per mile (1 DPM) split between the team for all odometer/GPS miles (full & empty).
• On average, teams earn gross pay of $4,000–$4,800 per week (split to approximately $2,000–$2,400 per driver weekly, depending on miles run and experience). This reflects reliable high-mileage freight (typically 4,100–4,900+ miles/week) with steady lanes from the Venice terminal.
• Extra stop pay.

Job Requirements

• Class A CDL (both drivers).
• Current DOT Physical (both drivers).
• No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
• No major violation in the past 36 months, this includes reckless driving or careless endangerment.
• No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12-month span.
• No DUI in the past 60 months (5 years).
• Overall safe driving record.
• Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• No positive drug/alcohol tests.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (both drivers).
• Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
• Must speak English.

• Drivers with 3 or more chargeable accidents in the past 3 years.
