Class A CDL OTR High Mile Drivers

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years! 200 Company drivers keep families across America supplied with essential household goods. Safe Volvo tractors with all the bells and whistles on them. High miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. We are a team. We are strong. Together we can get things done.

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Volvo is the safest truck on the road! Ergonomically designed seats, perfect steering, 70" L /96 W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, larger refrigerators, Auxiliary power units, Dual antennas, Flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, scales, Elite Pass for tolls and bridges, on-site maintenance, wash bay.

Pay

Start pay: $.55cpm - $.58cpm, paid on practical miles. Additional pay for detention, layover, and other factors. Average weekly pay: $2600-$3200. Paid weekly via direct deposit. No hold periods.

Home Time

Drivers get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days in our area. Some areas may have longer trips with up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and will be respected. Flexibility for special events and appointments is available.

Loads & Routes

98% freight from MO, mostly drop and hook. Types include dry van and reefer loads. No NY City, no ports, no borders. Mostly major highways, no dedicated routes. Fueling at Pilot/Flying J.

Rider Policy

One passenger aged 12+ available from day 1.

Canine Policy

$500 fee per pet; 2 small or 1 large dog; weekly deduction until paid; non-refundable once placed. No policy for cats, reptiles, or birds.

1-year recent tractor-trailer experience, no more than 3 violations in 3 years. Veterans and women encouraged to apply; second chance employer.
