Class A CDL OTR High Mile Drivers

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years! Our 200 company drivers keep families supplied with essential household goods. We operate safe Volvo tractors with all the latest features, offering high miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. We are a team. We are strong. Together we can get things done.

Equipment

2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks with ergonomic seats, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, large refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat screen TV mounts, satellite radios, right way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges. On-site repair and wash facilities.

Pay

Start pay: 0.55cpm - 0.58cpm. Paid on practical miles, loaded or empty. Additional pays for detention, layover, and other circumstances. Average weekly pay: $2,600 - $3,200. Paid weekly via direct deposit. You get paid for the work done the previous week.

Home Time

Drivers get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days. Some areas may have longer periods out with additional days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments.

Loads & Routes

98% freight from MO, mostly drop and hook, with some 1 pick-1 drop loads. Dry van and reefer trailers, mostly in the US middle corridor. No New York City, no ports, no borders. No dedicated routes. Major highway freight, with fuel stops at Pilot/Flying J.

Rider & Canine Policies

One passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1. Pet policy: $500 fee, two small dogs or one large dog, with weekly deductions until paid, non-refundable once placed. No cats, reptiles, or birds.
