About Climate Express

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years. Equipment

2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks with safety features such as ergonomically designed seats, position-perfect steering, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, larger refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat screen TV mounts, satellite radios, right way scales, and Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges. On-site maintenance facilities and wash bays are available.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55 cpm to .58 cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pay for detention, layovers, and other factors is determined per load and hours. Average weekly pay ranges from $2,600 to $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit with no hold.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may stay out longer in outlying areas and receive up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop and hook. The fleet primarily transports dry van and reefer loads across the US middle corridor, excluding NYC, ports, borders, and west of Denver, CO. Freight is mostly contracted, with no dedicated routes, using major highways and Pilot/Flying J fueling points.

Policies

• Rider Policy: 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1.
• Canine Policy: $500 fee per pet; can bring 2 small or 1 large dog; deduction of $100 weekly until paid; non-refundable once placed in truck; no cats, reptiles, or birds allowed.
