Job Description

1. Position: Class A CDL OTR High Mile Drivers
2. Company: Climate Express
3. Experience: 1 year recent tractor and trailer experience; no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
4. Equipment: 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks, fully equipped with safety and comfort features
5. Pay: Starting at .55cpm - .58cpm, paid on practical miles, with detention, layover, and additional pay; average $2600-$3200 weekly
6. Home Time: 2 full days off after 12-14 days out, with some areas eligible for longer periods; home time agreed upon prior to hiring
7. Loads & Routes: Mostly in the US middle corridor, dry van and reefer freight, no NY City or borders, no dedicated routes
8. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacations, 401K with employer match
9. Policies: Rider policy for one passenger 12+ years, pet policy with $500 fee and weekly deductions
