Class A CDL OTR High Mile Drivers

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years! Our 200 company drivers keep families supplied with essential household goods. We operate safe Volvo tractors with all the latest features, offering high miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. We are a team. We are strong. Together we can get things done.

Equipment

- 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Features include ergonomic seats, perfect steering, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, larger refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter, dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, right way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges. On-site maintenance, wash bay available.

Pay

- Starting at .55cpm - .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays for detention, layover, and other factors. Average weekly pay $2600-$3200, paid weekly via direct deposit. No holdbacks.

Home Time

- Drivers get 2 full days off after 12-14 days out in our area. Some may stay out longer and receive up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon in writing before hiring and will be honored. Flexibility for personal needs is available.

Loads & Routes

- 98% of freight originates in MO. Over 55% is drop and hook. Mostly dry van and reefer, with no freight from NY City or ports. Most routes are in the US middle corridor, using major highways and contracted freight. No dedicated routes.

Rider & Canine Policies

- One passenger 12+ years old allowed from day 1. Pet policy: $500 fee, 2 small or 1 large dog, weekly deduction until paid, non-refundable once placed. No policy for cats, reptiles, or birds.
