About Climate Express

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years. We have 200 company drivers who keep families across America supplied with essential household goods. Our fleet consists of safe Volvo tractors equipped with modern amenities, providing high miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks
• Ergonomically designed seats and perfect steering positions
• 70" L / 96" W sleepers with pull-out tabletop
• Built-in refrigerators larger than average
• Auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter
• Dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios
• On-site repair and wash bay facilities

Pay

Start pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional compensation includes detention, layover, and other load-specific pay. Average weekly pay ranges from $2,600 to $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit with no hold.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days in our area. Some areas may allow longer periods out with up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hire in writing and will be honored. Requests for additional days for events or appointments are accommodated as possible.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop and hook. The remaining includes 1 pick-1 drop loads, primarily dry van and reefer (climate-controlled) freight, mostly in the US middle corridor. No NY City, ports, borders, or west of Denver CO dispatch. No dedicated routes; drivers run a mix of contracted freight. Fueling at Pilot/Flying J stations.

Policies

• Rider policy: 1 passenger 12 years or older, available from day 1
• Canine policy: $500 fee per pet, up to 2 small or 1 large dog, deduction of $100/week until paid off, non-refundable once placed
