Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new graduates, to join the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers will complete paid OTR training with a trainer before operating solo.

Compensation includes weekly pay, mileage pay, training pay, safety bonus, and full benefits after 30 days. Orientation at the terminal is paid, with day or night schedules and bi-weekly home time.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from safety-related reasons.
• 10-year employment history with no major gaps; 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Convictions may be disqualifying; safety reviews all offenses.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the 14 Western regional lane as a Class A CDL driver.
• Complete paid OTR training with a trainer before solo operation.
• Drive day or night as assigned; no-touch dry van with drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with regulations.
