Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers for a 100% no-touch, dedicated OTR account. This full-time role covers 48 states with steady miles, drop-and-hook, live unloads, and newer equipment, plus full benefits after 60 days.

Starting pay is $0.57–$0.67 per mile depending on experience. Expect 2–3 weeks out with home time each week. Trucks are newer condo-style units, and CDL must be from your state of residency.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license must be from your state of residence.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• 21 years of age or older at hire date.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than one serious violation in 12 months.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and up to 6 in the last 3 years.
• No terminations from last job unless carrier reports otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' tractor-trailer on dedicated no-touch account.
• Pace and route deliveries to DCs and warehouses nationwide.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and complete logs accurately.
• Keep safety and customer service standards while on the road.
