Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A truck drivers for a dedicated OTR role with 100% no touch freight. The job covers 48 states, with 2–3 weeks out and full home-time based on weeks out. Starting pay is 0.57–0.67 CPM, with full benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, PTO and 401K matching.

Trucks are newer Condos-like models, assigned to drivers. This is a busy account with miles and regular work, ideal for staying active on the road.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than 1 serious in last 12 months.
• May have up to 2 DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years, with major-violation exceptions.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in 3 years; cannot be terminated for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Run a dedicated account to all 48 states with no touch freight.
• Operate newer model tractors, drop-and-hook and live unload mix.
• Pickup at company distribution centers and deliver to warehouses.
