Job summary

Valor is seeking professional Class A truck drivers for a dedicated OTR account with 100% no-touch freight. The role covers a 48-state region, typically 2–3 weeks out with consistent weekly home time, and benefits start after 60 days.

Trucks are newer and assigned, with potential drop & hook and live unload at DCs or warehouses. Starting pay ranges from 57 to 67 cents per mile, depending on experience, with full benefits after 60 days and a 401(k) plan with matching.

Qualifications

• CDL required from your state of residency.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last three years; cannot have been terminated for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated account with 100% no-touch freight.
• Run 48 states on an OTR schedule; typically 2–3 weeks out with home time each week out.
• Deliver to company DCs or warehouses; mix of drop & hook and live unload.
• Maintain assigned newer model tractors; comply with company safety standards.
