Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers for a 100% no-touch OTR dedicated account. This full-time role runs across all 48 states with 2–3 weeks out, followed by a full day home for each week out, using newer tractors with drop and hook where applicable.

Starting pay is $0.57–$0.67 per mile based on experience, with full benefits after 60 days including medical, dental, PTO, and 401(k) with matching. Applicants must be 21+, have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience, and reside in their

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than one serious violation in the last 12 months.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch dedicated account across all 48 states.
• Run 2–3 weeks out with a full day home for each week out.
• Deliver to company distribution centers and other DCs/warehouses.
• Maintain compliance and accurate logbooks and records.
