Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated OTR account with 100% no-touch freight across the continental United States. Drivers run 2–3 weeks at a time, with home time reflecting miles out, and start pay from 0.57–0.67 CPM depending on experience and miles per week.

Full benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, PTO, and 401(k) with matching. Trucks are newer models assigned to the driver, with a mix of drop and hook and live unload.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old.
• Experience with long-haul, no-touch freight preferred.
• Safe driving record with limited moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53-foot tractor-trailers on a 48-state dedicated account.
• Maintain logs, compliance, and DOT regulations.
• Deliver and pickup at company distribution centers and warehouses.
