Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated OTR role with 100% no-touch freight across 48 states. Expect running 2–3 weeks with suitable home time, and pay from 57 to 67 cents per mile based on experience. Full benefits start after 60 days, including medical, dental, PTO and 401K with matching.

Trucks are newer, condos (not slip seated), and assignments can take you anywhere to pick up at a DC and deliver to warehouses. This is a busy, long-haul opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with 3+ months verifiable Class A experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 12 months.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and 6 in 3 years; not terminated.

Responsibilities

• Operate 48-state dedicated OTR routes with no touch.
• Deliver to company distribution centers and warehouses.
• Stay out 2–3 weeks with home time corresponding to weeks out.
