You will operate 5 days a week with day and night shifts, year-round local routes around Pueblo, no-touch freight, and a straightforward schedule.

CDL-A Local Shuttle Driver – Trainees Welcome ($200/Day | 100% Home Daily)

Ready to ditch long-haul sleeper berth travel for a consistent daily route that brings you home every single night? We are onboarding both CDL-A trainees and experienced Class A drivers for a dedicated local shuttle operation running out of Pueblo, Colorado. Drivers enjoy a reliable daily salary structure without sacrificing predictable home time.

Compensation Package

Daily Salary Rate: $200.00 per day (starting rate for 0–2 years of experience)

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 gross per week

Calculated Annual Salary: $67,600 per year ($1,300/wk × 52 weeks)

Home Time Routine: 100% Home Daily—finish your daily dispatch and sleep in your own bed every night

Operating Territory: Intra-Colorado local shuttle loops averaging 2 turns per day right out of the Pueblo distribution center

Freight & Labor Profile: 100% No-Touch Freight involving strictly local drop-and-hook transport or simple shuttle transfers

Driving Conditions: Requires navigating changing local routes, seasonal winter weather, and standard calendar holiday dispatches to keep freight moving smoothly

Candidate Prerequisites & Fleet Perks

Experience Baseline: CDL-A Trainees (0 months experience) and experienced drivers are fully eligible to apply. Experienced drivers require 6+ months OTR within the last year or 12 months in the past 5 years (local Class A experience fully considered).

Licensing & Credentials: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and active DOT Medical Card.

Schedule Flexibility: Operates across a rolling 5-day minimum schedule (Monday through Sunday) covering day and night operational windows.

Safety & Background: Must pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant). Clean driving history with no major preventable accidents in the past 5 years and a maximum of 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
