Velocity TruckingPros LLC is hiring for a Local CDL-A Shuttle Driver. Earn a flat $200 daily starting, with drivers averaging about 2 turns daily and roughly 2,000 miles per week. You will be home every night, with a 24/7 dispatcher support team to help keep freight moving.

• Background Check: No more than 4 driving jobs in last 12 months; no major preventable accidents in last 5 years.
• Screening: Must pass hair and urine drug screen.

Local CDL-A Shuttle Driver — Flat Daily Rate

If you are trying to get off the road, stop sleeping in a truck, and finally get back to a regular daily schedule, this dedicated local slot is for you. We are filling immediate local shuttle seats running directly out of a major regional distribution center. You show up, do your daily turns, get paid a flat daily rate, and sleep in your own bed every single night.

Pay & Workload Structure

You earn a solid $200 a day right out of the gate (for drivers with 0 to 2 years of experience).

Drivers on this run bring home a steady $1,300 gross every single week.

The Route: You will run local shuttle transport averaging about 2 turns per day, tracking roughly 2,000 miles a week. All runs stay local.

Clean operation with drop-and-hook or live unload freight. You do not break your back unloading the trailer yourself. No separate stop pay or short-haul pay.

The Catch: You need to be comfortable handling variable local routes, winter weather driving, and working through calendar holidays to keep the freight moving.

Hours & Home Time

Home Daily: 100% Home Daily. You finish your shifts and head straight back to your own house every single day.

The Shifts: The terminal runs 24/7, so you need the flexibility to handle a mix of both day and night operational windows depending on terminal needs.

Weekly Cadence: You will work a minimum of 5 days a week across a rolling Monday through Sunday schedule, meaning weekend work is standard.

What It Takes to Qualify

Experience Tracks:

Trainees: We accept entry-level drivers with 0 months of experience as long as you already have your Class A CDL in hand. You're fully welcome!

Experienced Tier: Solo drivers need at least 6 months of OTR within the last year, or 12 months of OTR in the past 5 years. Local Class A tractor-trailer work counts completely toward this.

Credentials: Valid Class A CDL license and an up-to-date DOT Medical Card. No special endorsements are required.

Background Check: No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months, and your record must be clear of major preventable accidents over the past 5 years.

Screening: Must successfully pass a mandatory hair and urine drug screen.
