Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking a CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver to service the Eastern Pennsylvania region with 100% no-touch freight. You’ll run dedicated local intermodal container operations, and you’ll enjoy 100% home daily with shifts available Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.

Freight & Labor Profile: 100% No-Touch Freight. The workload is a steady mix of standard drop-and-hook transfers along with live loading and unloading.

Pay Structure & Financial Projections

Stop Pay Incentive: $40.00 for every completed stop

Target Mileage: ~1,800 miles per week

Average Weekly Pay: $1,100 gross per week

Calculated Annual Salary: $57,200 per year ($1,100/wk × 52 weeks)

Schedule & Shift Options

Shift Availability: Flexible Day and Night shifts available.

Weekly Work Schedules: Choice between Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday dispatches.

Weekend & Holiday Expectation: Weekend dispatches are standard to maintain freight movement; holiday shifts apply only if they fall on your normally scheduled workday.

Driver Profile & Qualifications

Experience Requirement: Experienced First Seat solo drivers only. Must have at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (or 12 months in the last 5 years). Trainees and team setups are closed on this fleet.

Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and active DOT Medical Card (no specialized endorsements required).

Screening Standard: Clean driving record and solid work history; must pass pre-employment DOT drug screening (Non-SAP compliant).
