Pay & Benefits

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,100 gross.
• Stop Pay: $40.00 per stop.
• No Extras: No separate short-haul pay is active on this account.
• Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, company-match 401(k) active after 60 days, and paid time off.

Route, Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: 100% Home Daily—reset at home after every shift.
• Shifts & Schedule: Both Day and Night shifts are available. Schedules run Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday (weekend work is standard).
• The Work: Local container runs averaging 1,800 miles per week. 100% no-touch freight utilizing a mix of drop-and-hook, preloads, and live load/unload operations.
• Holidays: Only worked if the holiday falls on one of your regular scheduled dispatch days.

Requirements to Qualify

• Hiring Radius: Must live within 50 miles of the hiring areas, which include surrounding towns near Allentown, Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, or Berks County.
• Experience: Designated for solo, experienced drivers (First Seat). Requires at least 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (or 12 months in the last 5 years). No trainees or teams.
• Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card. No endorsements are required.
• Owner-Operators: Position is strictly company driver only; owner-operators are not accepted.
• Background Check: Solid driving record and work history. Must pass a mandatory drug screen.
