Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to cover Lawton and surrounding area. You will drive local routes, deliver and stock beverages, and act as a brand ambassador for Coca-Cola products.

Starting pay ranges from $21.91 to $26.86 per hour, with incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM start. Must have CDL and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class-A CDL with no interstate restrictions.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical exam.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Minimum 1 year of general work experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Deliver, merchandise, display and rotate products per company standards.
• Check accuracy and stability of the load before delivery.
• Communicate with drivers, store staff, and customers.
• Settle accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Secure company assets and ensure compliance with policies.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $21.91 to $26.86 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

If you're ready to take on the responsibility of transporting and replenishing the shelves with some of the most sought-after beverages in the market, this role could be for you!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
• Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
• Pick up company property and secure company assets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
