Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to cover Lawton and surrounding area. You will drive in local routes, stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure products are rotated according to company standards. Starting pay ranges from $21.91 to $26.86 per hour, with opportunities for incentives, bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Reliable CDL required and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shift is Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with no interstate restrictions and minimum age 21.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical.
• Able to pass road test or provide equivalent DOT certificate.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Minimum 1 year general work experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load.
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers.
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Pick up company property and secure company assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
