Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Waco, Texas is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to join our local-route team and ensure on-time delivery and stocking of beverages. You will drive, merchandize, and rotate products, while representing the company in stores and with customers.

Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and at least 6 months of driving experience. Must be 21+ with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work Monday–Friday, 5:00am start. Benefits available.

Workdays/Shift Hours: Monday- Friday, 5:00am -Finish

Additional Relevant InformationMust be 21+ years of age, Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum 6 months driving experience,stocking and merchandising experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $23.93 to $29.78 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
