Cooper Farms is hiring a 3rd shift Feed Delivery Driver for the Union City Feed Mill in Union City, Ohio (Darke County). The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in increments over six months, and a starting pay of $25.80/hour with a raise to $26.30/hour after 90 days.

Expect a full-time role with benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm–8:30am, with weekly pay and profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to tolerate adverse weather and dusty conditions.
• Able to stand for long periods and climb feed bin ladders.
• 2 years driving experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver feed as scheduled to customers.
• Disinfect trucks and wear proper biosecurity attire.
• Perform daily tractor/trailer inspections and maintain cleanliness per DOT requirements.
• Complete driver logs and maintenance reports.

$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 increments over the course of 6 months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $25.80/hour
• Increase to $26.30/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Sunday through Thursday
  • 10:00pm-8:30am

What You'll Do

• Delivery all feed as scheduled
• Properly disinfect trucks and use proper biosecurity attire
• Complete a daily inspection of tractor/trailer and maintain cleanliness per DOT Commercial Driving Inspections
• Complete driver logs and inspection/maintenance reports

What We're Looking For

• Must be a least 21 years old
• Must have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record

• 2 years of driving experience is preferred, but not required
