Clayton is seeking a CDL Driver to coordinate safe, timely delivery of products and materials from Morristown, NJ. Responsibilities include logging daily activity, completing IFTA reports, and communicating with customers and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional driving experience, including mountain driving.
• Class A CDL required.
• Excellent driving record with no DUI, suspensions or DOT violations in the past 3 years.
• Prior customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Basic mechanical experience and basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain daily truck logs and expense reporting.
• Complete IFTA reports as required and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate load movements with customers and sales reps.
• Perform daily driver vehicle inspections under FMCSA/USDOT rules.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
