Job summary

Mattress Recycling & Hauling in Garden City, ID is seeking a dependable Driver / Warehouse Laborer (Class A CDL required). The role combines driving, warehouse tasks, and manual labor to support a growing recycling operation.

Responsibilities include local pickups/deliveries, loading/unloading with forklifts, and sorting recyclable materials in all weather. Prior forklift or heavy machinery experience is a plus; strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.
• Physically demanding work in varying weather.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Experience operating heavy machinery is a plus.
• Warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local pickups and deliveries.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other equipment.
• Perform manual labor, including lifting, sorting, and processing recyclable materials.
• Operate heavy equipment and industrial machinery safely.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory movement, and general housekeeping.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
