Job summary

Duncan Family Farms is seeking a dependable CDL driver for a dual local and OTR role in Goodyear, AZ. This position requires flexibility to work varying start/end times and routes based on harvest schedules and customer orders.

You will transport agricultural products locally and on the road (Goodyear, Salinas, or Yuma), perform loading/unloading, and maintain logs. Safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Previous commercial driving experience is required.
• Ability to meet applicable DOT requirements.
• Strong safety mindset and reliability.
• Ability to adapt to variable start/end times and schedules.
• Willingness to perform local and OTR driving as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in DOT-compliant manner.
• Perform local and OTR driving assignments as needed.
• Transport harvest from Maricopa, AZ to Goodyear, AZ and other routes.
• Load, unload, and secure goods; maintain logs and records.
• Communicate with supervisors about delays or route changes.
• Assist with post-harvest, yard, or other duties when not driving.
