Job summary

Duncan Family Farms CDL Driver role blends local and on-the-road hauling for fresh produce, with no fixed daily schedule. You will operate in Maricopa to Goodyear local runs and Goodyear to Salinas or Yuma on longer legs, adapting to harvest needs.

We seek dependable drivers who hold a valid Class A CDL, meet DOT requirements, and can flex start/end times. You will secure loads, document trips, and communicate with supervisors to keep deliveries on time. Safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and current DOT certification.
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements and maintain licenses.
• Willingness to work variable schedules and both local and OTR driving.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Strong communication with supervisors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles per DOT/FMCSA rules.
• Perform local and OTR driving as schedules require.
• Transport harvested products to destinations on time.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo properly.
• Maintain logs and delivery records.
• Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs.
