If you are looking to get off the road and sleep in your own bed after every single shift, we have openings on a dedicated grocery account. You will handle local retail runs across Arizona, allowing you to maintain a steady daily schedule and get home to your family every day.

Pay & Benefits

Average Weekly Earnings: Most drivers on this account gross between $1,200 and $1,400 every week.

Hourly Base Rate: Start at $18.00 per hour.

Raises: Get a $0.25/hr increase after 6 months if you meet standard performance criteria regarding attendance, accidents, and injuries.

Stop Incentives: Earn an extra $15.00 per stop on your route.

Unload Pay: Earn an additional $10.00 flat rate per unload.

Route, Schedule & Home Time

Home Time: 100% Home Daily – finish your turns and head straight back to your own house.

Days Off: Enjoy two consecutive days off every week.

Available Shifts: Operations run around the clock, so both Day and Night shifts are available (flexibility is required, and weekend dispatch is standard).

The Work: Local grocery deliveries to retail stores across the state, averaging around 1,000 miles per week. Freight handling is a mix of live unloads, drop‑and‑hooks, and load/unload assistance.

Physical Demands: This is a high‑stamina delivery role. You will use a manual pallet jack to unload freight, and shifts involve standing, walking, and sitting for 10 hours or more.

Holidays: Dispatch expectations on calendar holidays are based entirely on customer volume and needs.

Requirements to Qualify

Hiring Radius: Must live within 40 miles of the regional delivery hubs (Zip Codes: 85043 or 85353).

Experience Requirements:

The Account Standard: Designated strictly for solo, experienced drivers (First Seat).

Firm Minimum: Requires at least 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor‑trailer experience. Trainees and team operations are closed on this account.

Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT Medical Card. No special endorsements are required.

Owner‑Operators: Position is strictly company driver only; owner‑operators are not accepted.

Background Check: Solid driving record and work history. Must pass a mandatory drug screen.
