Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver for our private fleet in Charlotte, NC. You will run Monday-Friday regional/local routes, delivering to customers with safety as a priority and home daily.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $3,500, quarterly safety bonuses, paid vacation and holidays, competitive benefits and overtime after 40 hours. You’ll manage schedules, routing and customer service with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 1 year on-the-road experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must meet DOT and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer for regional/local routes.
• Plan schedules, routes, and daily activities.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT rules.
• Communicate with customers and complete required paperwork.
• Support safety and efficiency in deliveries.

Typical Day

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old
• Minimum 1-year on the road experience
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration
• No More than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• No DUIs in last 5 years
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
• Maintains all required company paperwork.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
